“When should we book our maternity or newborn session?”
Here is everything you need to plan your shoot at the best time.
Every pregnancy is unique, yet there is a comfortable window that delivers beautiful results. I recommend booking your maternity session between 28 and 34 weeks.
- Your bump is round and beautifully visible
- You are more likely to feel comfortable for gentle posing
- There is less chance of baby arriving before your session
Whether in your home or at a favourite outdoor spot, a maternity session celebrates your journey and the bond already forming with your little one.
Newborn sessions work best in the first 5 to 14 days after birth. Babies are usually sleepy, naturally curled, and all the tiny details can be captured beautifully.
Life with a new baby can be unpredictable. If your little one is older than two weeks, we can still create heartfelt images that focus on cuddles, connection, and family moments.
